About Me
I'm an enthusiastic goofy-footed surfer, wife and mother. I also like to spend my time reading and writing, playing guitar, searching out new waterfalls and adventures, doing yoga and meditation, traveling to Spanish speaking countries and spending time with my family.

Education:
BA from The Evergreen State College
MA in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northcentral University
EMDR Trained

My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-driven and attachment-based. I am passionate about supporting people in learning to turn pain into wisdom and triggers into opportunities. My style is lovingly honest. While gentle by nature, I believe therapy is a place to receive feedback that others in your life may be uncomfortable or unable to give. I work well with anyone who is motivated to create positive change in their life.
I offer EMDR, IFS, HMR and other safe, effective modalities to help resolve trauma, peel back the layers that obscure the authentic self, and create space to re-envision the future.

Through deep work, my clients often come into alignment with the different parts of themselves. They learn to connect with others in more authentic ways, while learning to disconnect from what is harmful with increasing clarity. I meet people right where they are, and together we curate the most appropriate tools.

My approach draws from the clinical training of Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as the work of visionaries and teachers at the growing edge of wisdom.

I Work Well With People That Are:
Willing to self-reflect
Motivated to change
Even a little bit open to trying new things
Wanting to reconnect to their true self
And appreciate a little humor
I Don't Work Well With People That:
Aren’t willing to self-reflect
Think everyone else is the problem
Are not open to try anything new
